Six strength formats. One question: which one is yours? This is the guide we point every buyer to, and it is shorter than you’d think once you understand what the numbers mean.
What the number actually means
The pack name is the total 7-OH milligrams in the pack — but the number that matters for dosing is the milligrams per tablet or bar:
- 180mg — 3 tablets × 60mg. Entry point; fractions of a tablet for first-timers.
- 250mg — 5 tablets × 50mg. The middle step.
- 300mg — 30 tablets × 10mg. Bulk, low per-tab dose; the flexibility pick.
- 400mg bars — 4 bars × 100mg. Bar format, higher per-serving dose.
- 750mg — 15 tablets × 50mg. Established-user territory.
- 1000mg — 8 tablets × 125mg. Our highest per-tablet dose; experienced users only.
The three buyer archetypes
New to 7-OH: 180mg, quarter-tablet starts, a full day before considering more. No exceptions, including experienced users of other formats.
Established, want flexibility: the 300mg 30-count. Ten-milligram tablets mean you can dial in fine adjustments and the pack outlasts most orders. It is our value-per-pack workhorse.
Established, want potency: 750mg or 1000mg depending on how far you have climbed the ladder — and only after you have a full day at the step below. The strength ladder post covers the discipline of stepping up.
Per-math, not per-pack
Compare products by cost per milligram and milligrams per unit, never by pack price alone — the cost per mg guide shows the math, and the price guide shows what the market pays in 2026.
When in doubt
Buy lower. You can always order the stronger pack next time; you cannot un-experience a first dose that was too big. The full lineup is in the shop, and the FAQ has specific questions answered for every strength.
