Track Your Order
Your tracking number is in the dispatch confirmation email, sent as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If you cannot find it, the answers below cover the usual cases.
No Tracking Email Yet?
- Ordered less than one business day ago. It may not have been scanned yet. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern normally dispatch the same business day.
- Check your spam and promotions folders. Dispatch emails are the most commonly filtered message we send.
- Check the address you used. If you ordered as a guest with a different email, the confirmation went there.
- Still nothing after two business days. Email [email protected] with your order number.
Tracking Says “Delivered” But It Is Not Here
- Check with other household members, neighbours and any building reception.
- Look for a safe-place location — carriers often leave parcels out of sight.
- Allow 24 hours. Carriers occasionally mark a delivery early.
- If it has not appeared, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Order Held For Age Review
A small number of orders are held while we confirm the buyer is 21 or older. If this happens you will receive an email asking for confirmation, and dispatch resumes as soon as we have it. Held orders add at most one business day.
Tracking Has Not Updated In Several Days
Carriers sometimes miss scans between hubs, particularly on cross-country routes. If tracking has been static for more than four business days, contact us and we will raise a trace rather than ask you to keep waiting.
Wrong Or Damaged Item
Do not wait for the return process. Email us with a photo and we will normally resolve it without requiring you to ship anything back. See the returns policy.
Changing A Delivery Address
If your order has not dispatched, we can usually change the address — email us as soon as you notice. Once a parcel is with the carrier, address changes have to go through them and are not always possible.
