Order Cut-Off And Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day normally leave our facility the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or federal holiday, dispatch the next business day.
Orders held for age review may take up to one additional business day to dispatch. If your order is held we will email you rather than let it sit silently.

Transit estimates begin once the carrier has scanned the parcel, not when the order is placed. A same-day dispatch with a two-day service is therefore roughly three days door to door.
Canada And International
We accept orders from Canada. International orders ship through a dedicated lane and typically take five to ten business days. Duties, taxes and any import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Carriers may request identification or additional information before release, and customs decisions are outside our control.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents, the brand or this website. Products are sealed and packed to prevent crushing in transit.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If it has not arrived within two business days of dispatch, check your spam folder and then see track your order.
Undeliverable And Refused Orders
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery or a refused shipment, we will contact you before reshipping. Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility where the original address was incorrect. Orders returned undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping cost.
