Age Verification
Every customer must be 21 or older. Enforcement happens in three places:
- On site. An age gate appears before any product content is shown, and the confirmation is remembered only on that device.
- At checkout. Order data is reviewed before fulfilment. Orders that fail the age check are cancelled and refunded rather than shipped.
- On wholesale. Retail accounts must be registered businesses, and we require confirmation that they enforce their own age policy at point of sale.

Kratom and its constituent alkaloids are not scheduled at the federal level in the United States, but the picture varies substantially by state, county and city, and several jurisdictions have enacted restrictions or outright prohibitions that apply to kratom-derived products. 7-hydroxymitragynine specifically has attracted separate legislative attention in a number of states, and that landscape has shifted repeatedly.
We do not maintain a published blocked-states list at this time, and placing an order means you have confirmed that the product is lawful to possess where you live. If you are unsure, check with your state attorney general’s office or a local attorney before ordering. This is the honest position: rather than present a list that could be out of date by next month and give false comfort, we place the verification with the person who has the strongest reason to get it right.
Canada
We accept orders from Canada. Customers should be aware that Health Canada has not approved kratom or kratom-derived alkaloids for human consumption, and products of this type are not authorised as natural health products in Canada. Ordering from outside the United States is your decision to make with that understood, and import decisions rest with you and with the Canada Border Services Agency.
Safe Use
- Do not use if you are under 21, pregnant or nursing.
- Do not combine with alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids or any other sedative.

Reporting A Problem
