Inside Dopium’s Lab Testing: How Every Batch Is Verified

Every production batch of Dopium 7-OH goes through third-party analysis before it ships. This is the complete description of the process — what is tested, how, and what happens when a batch does not pass.

The process, step by step

  • Batch formation. Production runs are closed into discrete batches, each with a unique lot number. The lot number is the key that connects the pack in your hands to the report on the file.
  • Sampling. Each batch is sampled for third-party analysis using standard sampling practice — the sample is representative of the batch, not a cherry-picked unit.
  • Identity. The lab confirms the sample contains 7-hydroxymitragynine. A product that cannot confirm its own identity is not a verified product, full stop.
  • Potency. The 7-OH content is measured. The result is compared against the batch’s target — the milligram number that ends up printed on the label.
  • Contaminant screening. Standard safety panels — microbials and the relevant contaminant classes — are run against action limits. The result you want is “not detected” or below limit, line by line.
  • Disposition. A batch that passes ships, with its documentation on file under the lot number. A batch that does not pass is flagged for rework or discard. There is no “ship it and check later” step, and that is the whole point.

What the documentation lets you do

When you hold a pack with a lot number, that number makes the product answerable: which batch it came from, what that batch measured, and what the contaminant panel found. The COA explainer walks through reading the report itself, and the verification guide shows the three checks (lot, packaging, seller) that use it. Documentation is available on request — the contact page is where to ask.

Why per-batch, not per-product

A product tested once is a product tested once; a product tested per batch is a product whose label stays true to the material. Formulation holds, but raw material varies — leaf-to-leaf, run-to-run — and only per-batch verification catches that. This is also why the storage guide exists on the buyer’s side: the lab certifies the batch at the warehouse; the drawer in your house certifies it at the point of use. Both halves of the chain matter.

What this is not

It is not a medical endorsement, an FDA approval (7-OH has none), or a safety guarantee for any individual user — the risk profile of the substance is described on the compliance page and the side effects guide. It is a manufacturing standard: no batch ships without its documentation, and the lot number on your pack is the proof that it did. The full range is in the shop.
