This is the pre-application brief for the businesses that read the wholesale page and want the details before filling anything in. Here is what the program actually is, what it requires, and what it does not do.
What the program is
Dopium supplies vetted retail and distribution partners with tiered wholesale pricing, display-ready stock, and — the part that matters in this category — batch documentation for each shipment. The wholesale channel is how our product reaches smoke shops, head shops and specialty counters in eligible jurisdictions, and the documentation requirement is what keeps the channel honest: every case a partner receives carries lot traceability back to the same per-batch process the direct store runs, described on the lab testing page.
Who qualifies
- Established business. A real, operating business in good standing — not an individual building a side channel. The application asks for the details that verify this.
- Eligible jurisdictions. Partners must operate where these products may lawfully be sold, and the jurisdictions question is a hard gate, not a conversation-starter. The current map is on the compliance page, and it applies to your customers’ states as much as your own.
- 21+ enforcement. Partners must enforce adult-only sales at the counter, the same standard the direct store enforces at checkout (the age verification explainer describes the mechanism; the partner’s version is their counter procedure).
- Distribution terms. The written terms cover resale, storage, documentation forwarding and the rest. Signing them is part of onboarding, not an afterthought.
What the program does not do
Three things, stated in advance so the application is not wasted: we do not supply restricted jurisdictions; we do not ship documentation-less stock (there is no “loose” tier); and we do not support a partner’s customer base that the partner cannot verify is 21+. Each of these is the same standard as the direct store, applied upstream — the official vs reseller post is, from the buyer’s side, the description of why these standards exist at all.
The practical details
- Pricing: tiered by volume, provided in the current deck after qualification — we do not publish wholesale prices publicly, by design.
- Stock: the full range is available to qualified partners, from the 180mg through the 1000mg and the 400mg bars, with display formats for counter placement.
- Turnaround: applications are reviewed in order and answered within a few business days; the contact page is the route for status questions.
How to apply
The form on the wholesale & distribution page takes the business details, the jurisdictions you serve, and your current product mix. Submit it, and the deck (current pricing, line card, documentation samples) follows if the jurisdiction gate clears. That is the whole of it — and the direct store at the shop remains open to everyone else, 21+, in eligible jurisdictions, as always.
