1. Eligibility

Orders that fail the age check are cancelled and refunded. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms.
2. Product Status
Dopium products contain 7-hydroxymitragynine, a botanical alkaloid derived from Mitragyna speciosa. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional before use, particularly if you take prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Confirming that possession and use of this product is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering.
- Providing accurate delivery and contact information.
- Using the product as directed and not exceeding the stated serving.

4. Jurisdiction And Availability

5. Orders And Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes only where stated. We may correct a pricing error before dispatch and will contact you if this affects your order. An order is not accepted until dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where age cannot be verified or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property
The Dopium name, logo, product imagery and all site content are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell or create derivative works from them without written permission. Counterfeit packaging is pursued.
