Counterfeit and gray-market 7-OH products exist, and the buyer is the one who holds them. These are the three checks we ask every customer to run — they take five minutes and they answer the question definitively.
Check 1: The lot number
Every authentic Dopium pack carries a lot/batch number that corresponds to a specific production run with its own documentation. When your order arrives, note the lot number on the pack. If you have any question about it — or if you bought through any channel other than the official store — the number is what makes the product answerable: a documented lot can be traced; an undocumented lot cannot. Check 2: Packaging and seals
Compare the pack in your hands to the product page: label layout, batch position, seal integrity, tablet appearance. Our product pages show the real packaging, and the tablet press is uniform — tablets should be even in size and color, not cracked, discolored or soft (a storage failure, per the storage guide). A pack that looks “close but not quite” is the classic signature of a product that did not come from the source.
Check 3: The seller
The simplest check is also the most important: who is the seller? This domain is the official store. If a different storefront is selling “Dopium” — especially at a price that does not match ours — run the first two checks and ask yourself what explains the gap. What to do if a pack fails a check
If you bought from this store and something does not match: do not use the pack, photograph the lot number, and contact us at the contact page — we will resolve it under the refund & returns policy. If you bought elsewhere and something does not match: stop using it. That is the entire protocol for a failed check, and it is the reason the checks exist.
