Canadian buyers get the most questions of anyone in this category, because the answer has three layers: federal, provincial, and cross-border logistics. Here is the complete picture as of our last review.
Layer 1: the federal position
Canada does not have a single federal ban that uniformly covers these products — but the legal treatment of kratom-derived products has been evolving, and the federal position interacts with provincial rules in ways that change over time. Layer 2: provincial differences
Several provinces have taken steps to restrict kratom-derived products, including 7-OH, while others have not. The practical effect: the same product may be shippable to one province and not another, and the landscape is reviewed as rules change. Placing an order confirms you have satisfied yourself the product is lawful in your province; we do not ship around restrictions, and orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled are cancelled and refunded. Layer 3: cross-border logistics
- Processing: the same 1–2 business days as U.S. orders.
- Transit: typically 5–12 business days door-to-door, with Ontario and Quebec at the faster end (closer to the border and the hubs) and the west coast, Atlantic provinces and territories at the slower end.
- Customs: cross-border parcels can experience additional handling time at the border. This is the main reason Canadian windows are wider than U.S. windows, and the main reason tracking can show a “customs” status for a few days without any problem.
What to do when it looks stuck
A customs hold of a few days is normal for cross-border e-commerce. If your tracking shows no scan movement for more than 10 days, or the order is well outside the window above, contact us at the contact page — we file the carrier trace and handle the outcome under the refund & returns policy.
