“When will it actually arrive?” is the question behind every order. Here are the honest windows by U.S. region, with the factors that move them.
Processing, first
Every clock starts at processing, not at checkout. Orders process within 1–2 business days — order placement, payment verification, age verification completion, pick and pack, and carrier handoff. A Friday-afternoon order will not have its transit clock start until the following business day, and that single fact explains more “delayed” orders than anything else.
Transit windows by region
- Midwest & central states: typically the fastest U.S. deliveries — 1–3 business days of transit is common, because the major carrier hubs sit here. Total door time for many orders: 3–5 business days.
- East Coast: generally 2–5 business days of transit, faster in the Northeast metro corridors. Total: typically 4–7 business days.
- West Coast: 2–5 business days of transit, with the inland Pacific Northwest at the slower end. Total: typically 4–7 business days.
- South & mountain west: 2–6 business days of transit depending on the specific state and carrier routing. Total: typically 4–7 business days.
- Alaska & Hawaii: the longest U.S. windows — allow for the additional routing. Total: commonly 7–12 business days.
These are working windows, not promises: carrier weather, volume spikes (the two weeks after major holidays are the worst) and local delivery patterns all add days. The policy language lives in the shipping policy.
The jurisdiction filter, again
Before the transit question matters, the jurisdiction question has to clear: we ship within the United States and Canada only, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are controlled; placing an order confirms the product is lawful where you live. If your jurisdiction is one of the controlled ones, no transit window applies — see the state overview and the compliance page for the current list, including the 2026 federal developments covered in the DEA scheduling explainer.
When to follow up
Track via the number in your shipping email or at Track Your Order. If there is no scan movement for more than 10 days, or your order is outside the window above by a wide margin, the contact page is the move — we file carrier traces and handle the outcome under the refund & returns policy.
Planning around it
Order on a Monday for the smoothest week. If you need the product for a specific date, order at least a week out and treat the fast window as a bonus, not a plan. The shop is open when you are ready.
