Our range has one format difference that is not just about strength: the 400mg bars versus the tablets everywhere else. Here is the honest comparison for deciding which fits a given routine.
The formats, precisely
Tablets: small, uniform, breakable into halves and quarters, running from 10mg (the 300mg 30-count) to 125mg per tablet (the 1000mg). Bars: larger chewables, 100mg each, four per pack, not designed for splitting. The milligram content is verified the same way in both — the per-batch process does not distinguish formats — so the comparison is about the format’s behavior, not its quality.
Dose granularity
This is the tablets’ clear win: a tablet gives you 10 → 5 → 2.5mg (or 125 → 62.5 → 31.25mg) in clean fractions; a bar is 100mg or nothing. If your routine lives in fine adjustments — tapering work, low-dose windows, the micro-reset — the tablet is the only correct tool, and the 10mg 30-count is the format built for exactly that use. The bar is the “one substantial serving” format, full stop.
The chewing experience
The bar takes longer to chew through, which spreads the experience out and suits a slower, more deliberate routine — it is closer to a candy than a pill, and the flavor lineup (Rock Candy, Blackberry Smash, Mango, Dragonfruit, Electric Apple, Raspberry — see the bar flavors guide) leans into that. Tablets are quick, quiet, and unremarkable in the way that suits a daily routine. Onset follows the same 15–45 minute window in both, because both are chewed (onset & duration) — the format changes the experience’s shape, not its clock.
Which routine fits which
- Fine-dose work, tapering, resets: tablets, specifically the 30-count.
- A stable routine at a mid-to-high per-serving dose: the bars, if the slower chew suits you.
- First experience: tablets at the lowest strength — the 180mg range. Bars are an established-user format, and the bar guide says the same thing.
- Rotation players: most rotationists keep a tablet format as the workhorse and pick up bars for the slower occasions — the stocking-up guide covers how to structure it.
Bottom line
Granularity and control: tablets. Substantial single servings and a slower chew: bars. Both are verified, both are flavored, both are in the shop — and the strength chooser resolves the strength question once the format question is answered.
