The free shipping rule (U.S.)
U.S. orders over $90 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your destination. What ships where
Two rules, in order. First, we ship only within the United States and Canada — no international orders. Second, within those two countries, we ship only to jurisdictions where 7-OH products may lawfully be sold. Placing an order confirms you have satisfied yourself the product is lawful to receive and possess where you live; orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled are cancelled and refunded, and that is by design, not a bug. Timelines, by region
Orders process within 1–2 business days. U.S. standard delivery typically runs 3–7 business days — faster in central and coastal regions, where 1–3 business days is common for many orders.
